TUFM:GTP binds aminoacyl-tRNA
The active GTP-bound form of TUFM (EF-Tu) (Cai et al. 2000) binds an aminoacyl-tRNA to form the ternary complex (Woriax et al. 1997, Hunter and Spremulli 2004).
