Prostaglandin reductase 1 (PTGR1) aka LTB4DH, a 15-oxoprostaglandin 13-reductase (Yokomizo et al. 1996), metabolises 15-oxo lipoxin A4 aka 15-keto-LXA4 (15k-LXA4) to produce 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-Lipoxin A4 (dhk-LXA4). This reaction has been inferred from a reaction in pig (Clish et al. 2000).
