Cdh1:APC/C complex, stabilized by the DNA damage-induced ATM-TP53-CDKN1A axis, ubiquitinates EHMT1 (GLP) and EHMT2 (G9a) histone methyltransferases, targeting them for degradation (Takahashi et al. 2012).
