NICD1 PEST domain mutant coactivator complexes are expected to bind promoters of HEY genes (HEY1, HEY2 and HEYL) in a similar manner to the wild-type NOTCH1 Coactivator Complex (Maier and Gessler 2000, Arnett et al. 2010).
