To be transformed into mercapturic acids, the endo and exo forms of aflatoxin B1 cysteine-S-conjugates (AFNBO-C, AFXBO-C) translocate into cells (Guengerich et al. 1998, Wu et al. 2009). The mechanism of translocation is unknown.
