Cytosolic dihydropteridine reductase (QDPR) catalyzes the reaction of q-dihydrobiopterin with NADH + H+to form tetrahydrobiopterin and NAD+. The enzyme is a homodimer (Lockyer et al. 1987; Su et al. 1993).
