RAB33B a medial Golgi-resident Rab involved in retrograde transport, is a target of TBC1D25 (OATL1). TBC1D25 significantly accelerates the GTP hydrolysis activity of RAB33B in a dose-dependent manner (Itoh et al. 2011).
