Once recruited to the activated MET receptor complex by binding to tyrosine phosphorylated GAB1, CRK or related CRKL bind the Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor RAPGEF1 (C3G) (Sakkab et al. 2000, Lamorte et al. 2002).
