Midostaurin, also known as PKC412, is a type I tyrosine kinase inhibitor with activity against FLT3 (reviewed in Kazi and Roonstrand, 2019; Luskin and DeAngelo, 2017). This pathway describes FTL3 mutants that are resistant to inhibition by midostaurin.
