Poly(rC) binding protein 2 (PCB2), is one of the negative regulators of RIG-I (DDX58) and IFIH1 (MDA5) signaling pathways. It interacts with MAVS (IPS-1) and mediates its ubiquitin/proteasomal degradation by recruiting E3 ligase AIP4 (ITCH).
