Adam10 cleaves Notch2
Adam10 knockout mice have impaired development of the marginal zone B-cell lineage, known to be dependent on Notch2 signaling. Notch2 activation is also impaired in Adam10 knockout mice, supporting the role of Adam10 in Notch2 proteolytic processing and activation upon ligand binding (Gibb et al. 2010).
