Dnmt3b:Dnmt3l binds chromatin
Dnmtl associates with Dnmt3b (Van Emburgh and Robertson 2011). Dnmt3b also binds the unmodified N-terminal region (amino acid residues 1-19) of histone H3 (Zhang et al. 2010).
