Rac1:GTP:Fmnl1 binds Pfn1,Pfn2
Recombinant mouse Fmnl1 binds recombinant mouse profilins Pfn1 and Pfn2 through the FH1 domain of Fmnl1. The interaction between Fmnl1 and profilins Pfn1 and Pfn2 was confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation of endogenous mouse proteins. Actin is also co-immunoprecipitated with endogenous profilins (Yayoshi-Yamamoto et al. 2000).
