Mecp2:Sin3a complex binds the Bdnf gene promoter
The complex of mouse Mecp2, Sin3a and Hdac1 binds the promoter of the mouse Bdnf gene (Martinowich et al. 2003). Mecp2 also binds the rat Bdnf gene promoter (Chen et al. 2003).
