Cdh11 forms heterotypic trans dimer with Cdh8
Recombinant mouse Cdh11 forms heterotypic trans dimer with recombinant mouse Cdh8 based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) method (Brasch et al. 2018). This finding is supported by the mixed cell-aggregation assay in which mouse L-fibroblasts expressing recombinant human CDH11 were shown to aggregate with mouse L-fibroblasts expressing recombinant human CDH8 (Shimoyama et al. 2000).
