Msr1 (Scara1) binds collagen
Mouse Msr1 binds denatured bovine collagen I and III (Borg et al. 2000, Borg et al. 2001). Msr1 binds glycated collagen IV (el Khoury et al. 1994) and may (Borg et al. 2000) or may not (el Khoury et al. 1994) bind native collagen IV.
