BDNF-bound Ntrk2 dimerizes
Endogenous Ntrk2 (Trkb) expressed by neurons of the prefrontal cortex of macaque monkeys dimerizes upon treatment with BDNF (Ohira et al. 2001). The origin of BDNF used in the study is not known and is assumed to be a recombinant human BDNF.
