NTF3-bound Ntrk2 dimerizes
Endogenous Ntrk2 (Trkb) expressed by neurons of the prefrontal cortex of macaque monkeys dimerizes upon treatment with neurotrophin-3, NTF3 (Ohira et al. 2001). The origin of NTF3 used in the study is not known and is assumed to be a recombinant human NTF3.
