Ccng2 gene expression is stimulated by FOXO1,FOXO3
Recombinant human FOXO1 Chen et al. 2006) and FOXO3 (Martinez-Gac et al. 2004, Chen et al. 2006) directly stimulate transcription from the mouse Ccng2 gene promoter. Recombinant human FOXO4 stimulates mouse Ccng2 gene transcription (Martinez-Gac et al. 2004), but direct binding of FOXO4 to the Ccng2 promoter has not been demonstrated.
