SU(H) binds the Tbx6 gene
Notch signaling activates Tbx6 expression in paraxial mesoderm via Rbpj (Su(H) in Drosophila), which binds a site in the promoter of the Tbx6 gene (White et al. 2005). Rbpj is inferred to bind the Nicd1 fragment of Notch1 and other members of the Notch1 coactivator complex.
