Rat Ntrk2, presumably activated by Bdnf or Ntf4 (Nt-4), phosphorylates Shc1 p52 isoform at tyrosine residue Y314 (corresponds to Y317 of human SHC1 p52 isoform) (Chan et al. 2011).
