MOD5 transfers dimethylallyl group to adenosine-37 of tRNA(Ser)

MOD5 transfers a dimethylallyl group (isopentenyl group) from dimethylallyl diphosphate to the N6 position of adenosine-37 in tRNA(Ser), yielding N6-dimethylallyladenosine-37 (Dihanich et al. 1987, Benko et al. 2000, Lamichhane et al. 2011).
