Cubitus Interruptus (CI) access to the nucleus increases in response to Hedgehog signalling, most likely due to reduced cytoplasmic tethering by both Coastal2 (COS) and Suppressor of Fused (SU(FU)) complexes. However, the vast majority of CI is cytoplasmic.
