Translation of NLK mRNA is controlled by miR-92b. miR-92b binds the 3' UTR of NLK mRNA and promotes its degradation, resulting in decreased NLK protein levels. In this way, miR-92b positively regulates canonical TCF/LEF- and beta-catenin-dependent WNT signaling (Wang et al, 2013).
