The layout of this reaction may differ from that in the pathway view due to the constraints in pathway layout
The process of capsid continues with the rranslocation of SCP, Triplex (TRI) complex, CVC complex, and accessory proteins from the cytoplasm into the nucleous, joing MCP and the maturational protease precursor complex (pPR-AP:pAP). Together these are the structural foundation of the Procapsid.
