14-3-3 Binds Phosphorylated Tbc1d4 (AS160)
As160 (Tbc1d4) phosphorylated on serines 324, 348, 577, 595, and 758 and threonine 649 binds 14-3-3 proteins (Ramm et al. 2006, Ngo et al. 2009). Phosphorylation of As160 does not interfere with its interaction with Irap (Lnpep) (Peck et al. 2006).
