Phosphorylated STAT5A dimer is dephosphorylated by PTP1B
In mice, phosphorylated STAT5A dimer is dephosphorylated at Tyr694 by protein tyrosine phosphatase, PTP1B, in the cytosol. This results in the dissociation of the dimer in the cytosol.
