Phosphorylated Stat5 Dimer Translocates to the Nucleus
Homodimers and heterodimers of phosphoryated Stat5a and Stat5b are translocated from the cytosol into the nucleus (Cella et al. 1998). Stat5 is imported by the importin alpha/beta pathway and import is promoted by Rac1 and MgcRacGAP (Kawashima et al. 2006)
