p-Bmal1:p-Clock,Npas2 binds Klf15 gene
The Bmal1:Clock heterodimer binds E-boxes in the promoter of the Klf15 gene and activates transcription (Jeyaraj et al. 2012). Klf15 then regulates cardiac ion-channel expression and QT-interval duration (Jeyaraj et al. 2012).
