Bglap gene expression is negatively regulated by Znf521
In mouse osteoblasts, transcription from the Bglap (Osteocalcin) gene promoter is inhibited by Znf521 (Zfp521) and Hdac3, which form a complex with Runx2 (Hesse et al. 2010).
