Expression of Fgf9 in testis differentiation
The Fgf9 gene is transcribed to yield mRNA and the mRNA is translated to yield Fgf9 protein (Kim et al. 2006, Li et al. 2014). In the developing testis, Fgf9 transcription is activated by Sox9 (Li et al. 2014).
