Msgn1 binds the Notch1 gene
Wnt3a signaling activates the Mesogenin1 (Msgn1) gene via the binding of Lef1:Ctnnb1 (Lef1:beta-catenin) to the promoter of the Msgn1 gene (Chalamalasetty et al. 2011). Msgn1 then binds two sites in the promoter of the Notch1 gene (Chalamalasetty et al. 2011, Chalamalasetty et al. 2014).
