Smad7:SMURF2 complex translocates to the cytosol
Coexpression of tagged recombinant human SMURF2 and mouse Smad7 in Mv1Lu cells (a mink lung epithelial cell line) leads to translocation of SMURF2 from the nucleus into the cytosol (Kavsak et al. 2000).
