SUMOylation of Ncoa2 with SUMO1
Ncoa2 is SUMOylated at lysine-239, lysine-731, and lysine-788 with SUMO1 (Kotaja et al. 2002). SUMOylation of Ncoa2 increases coactivation of transcription by the androgen receptor.
