GSK3 phosphorylates p-Gli2
PKA-phosphorylated Gli2 from mouse cells is further phosphorylated in vitro by rabbit Gsk3b at three or more serine residues. This phosphorylation is required for Gli2 processing and degradation by the proteasome (Pan et al, 2006).
