Murine Tyrosine protein kinase Jak2 (JAK2) directly associates with the intracellular domain of the human Interleukin 12 receptor subunit beta 2 (IL12RB2) . Interleukin 12 receptor subunit beta 1 (IL12RB1) and Non receptor tyrosine protein kinase TYK2 (TYK2) are not required ((Zou et al 1997, Floss et al. 2016, Yamamoto et al. 1999).
