Activated Ntrk3 binds Irs1
Recombinant mouse Ntrk3 (TrkC), activated by bovine serum, binds recombinant mouse Irs1. Binding is enhanced in the presence of recombinant mouse Src, which can interact with both Irs1 and Ntrk3 (Jin et al. 2008).
