FOXD3 binds PAX3
Chicken GST-FOXD3 interacts with PAX3 from a melanoma cell line nuclear extract. This interaction titrates PAX3 away from the MITF promoter, thereby preventing PAX3-mediated MITF expression (Thomas and Erickson, 2009).
