Runx2 binds p-Y-Yap1
In rat osteosarcoma cells, Runx2, presumably associated with Cbfb, forms a complex with Yap1, phosphorylated on an unknown tyrosine residue by Src and/or Yes1. The interaction involves the PY motif of Runx2 (Zaidi et al. 2004).
