rNF-Y and Crebbp/Ep300 constitutively bind Bim gene promoter
In rat neurons, endogenous NF-Y transcription factor complex (composed of Nfya, Nfyb and Nfyc) and endogenous histone acetyltransferases Ep300 (p300) and/or Crebbp (Cbp) constitutively bind to evolutionarily conserved sites in the promoter of the rat Bcl2l11 (Bim) gene (Hughes et al. 2011).
