TRM10 methylates guanosine-9 in tRNA
TRM10 methylates the 1 position of guanosine at nucleotide 9 of tRNAs (Jackman et al. 2003). In yeast these tRNAs include at least tRNA(Gly), tRNA(Val), tRNA(Trp), tRNA(Pro), tRNA(Met), tRNA(Ile), and tRNA(Arg).
