Wnt11 binds Fzd7 to regulate convergent extension in Xenopus
Direct binding between XWnt11 and XFzd7 has been demonstrated by co-immunoprecipitation in Xenopus embryos. In this system, Wnt11 and Fzd7 contribute to convergent extension during gastrulation (Djiane et al, 2000).
